Dia 8 × 330 mm Nano Grain Size Tungsten Carbide Rods for Making 0.25 µm Endmills, Drills and Boring Tools
Product Description
The tungsten carbide rods and blanks are made by extrusion from the highest purity of materials and sinter-HIP treated, which gives them very high quality and outstanding tool performance. Grades for cutting tools are usually supplied in sub-micron and ultra-fine grain — and as demanded, other grades can be custom-made.
Tungsten carbide round rod is mainly applied in making drills, end mills and reamers. It is also used for cutting, punching and measuring tools, and serves industries including paper making, packaging, printing and non-ferrous metal processing.
Why Choose These Carbide Rods
0.2 µm Nano Grain Structure Ultra-fine grains allow razor-sharp cutting edges — the foundation for machining 0.25 µm-class endmills with superior surface finish.
Extrusion + Sinter-HIP Process Extruded from highest-purity materials and sintered under hot isostatic pressure for near-zero porosity, uniform structure and consistent performance.
Hardness Meets Strength ≥ 94 HRA hardness combined with ≥ 4,200 MPa transverse rupture strength — edges stay sharp without chipping under high-speed machining.
H6 Ground, Ready for Production Precision-ground to H6 diameter tolerance (Ø8 × 330 mm) and ready for your CNC grinding and coating lines. Other sizes and grades on request.
