Thick-section tungsten carbide plate in 100 × 100 × 60 mm, pressed from 100% virgin WC powder and densified in a high-pressure HIP sintering furnace. Designed as sectioning stock: one block yields multiple die segments, EDM blocks or wear inserts with identical microstructure throughout the full 60 mm section — no density gradient, no hidden porosity, no mid-cut deformation.
